Delete your Wansah account

You can delete your account from inside the Wansah app at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It takes effect immediately.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your Google or Apple sign-in link — you will not be able to sign in again
• Saved payment cards (also removed at the payment gateway)
• Saved places, price alerts and notification settings

What is kept, and why

• Tax invoices and the bookings behind them. Omani tax law requires a gapless, unalterable invoice series. Your name is replaced on them.
• Reviews you wrote stay on the venue, without your name — other travellers rely on them.
• Messages with a partner or with support, without your name, as the record of any dispute.

When deletion is refused

We will ask you to sort one thing out first if you have a booking that has not finished, a refund still being processed, credit left in your wallet, or a partner business you own. The app tells you which.

No app on your phone?

Email support@wansah.com from the address on your account, or send a WhatsApp message from the number on it, and we will delete it for you.

حذف حساب ونسة

يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل تطبيق ونسة في أي وقت: الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. ويسري الحذف فورًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

• اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك
• ارتباط الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple — ولن تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول بعدها
• البطاقات المحفوظة (وتُلغى لدى بوابة الدفع أيضًا)
• الأماكن المحفوظة وتنبيهات الأسعار وإعدادات الإشعارات

ما الذي يبقى ولماذا

• الفواتير الضريبية والحجوزات المرتبطة بها. يفرض النظام الضريبي العُماني تسلسلًا غير قابل للتعديل ولا للفجوات، ويُستبدل اسمك فيها.
• تقييماتك تبقى على المكان بلا اسمك — يعتمد عليها مسافرون آخرون.
• محادثاتك مع الشريك أو مع الدعم بلا اسمك، كسجل لأي نزاع.

متى يُرفض الحذف

سنطلب منك إنهاء أمر واحد أولًا إذا كان لديك حجز لم ينتهِ بعد، أو استرداد قيد المعالجة، أو رصيد في محفظتك، أو نشاط شريك تملكه. ويوضّح لك التطبيق أيّها.

راسلنا على support@wansah.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، أو عبر واتساب من الرقم المسجّل فيه، وسنحذفه نيابةً عنك.
